• it is the duty of  buyers to conduct due diligence on any property they intend to buy and we are not responsible for failure to carry out property due diligence on a property.
• Any defects in property title or ownership issues are the responsibility of the property owner, not Geo-Lex or the agents.

• All payments made for property listings or property search are non-refundable after submission.
• It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that they are ready to proceed before making any payments on our platform.
